Nicholas Coleman, P.Eng - Principal Consultant

Nick is a Professional Engineer with over 15 years of experience leading capital projects and engineering teams for some of the world's largest manufacturers. With a foundation in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick, and after a decade-plus leading multi-million dollar projects, he founded N.C. Enterprise Consultants to bring that same rigour to industrial clients looking to optimize operations, implement lean principles, and make smarter capital investments.

Alex Green, P.Eng — Senior Electrical Engineer & Project Manager

Alex is a Professional Engineer with 15 years of experience at the intersection of electrical engineering, power systems, and energy technology. With a foundation in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, he has built his career developing complex hardware-software systems, leading engineering teams, and navigating the technical and regulatory realities of the modern electrical grid. Alex brings deep expertise in product architecture, digital twins, and agile engineering leadership — and a proven ability to take sophisticated energy systems from concept to deployment in the real world.

Christin Sadler, MSc — Senior Research & Knowledge Mobilization Consultant

Christin brings a unique blend of research expertise, educational leadership, and consulting experience to the NCEC team. Over the past decade, she has published peer-reviewed research, secured competitive funding, led multidisciplinary initiatives, and taught at both the University of Ottawa and Algonquin College. She specializes in translating complex scientific and technical concepts into practical insights that support evidence-informed decision-making. Drawing on experience across academia and industry, she helps organizations navigate complexity and turn knowledge into action.

Jordan Leitch - Junior Technical Consultant

Jordan is a Mechanical Engineering student at Carleton University and a Junior Technical Consultant with N.C. Enterprise Consultants. He supports a variety of technical and operational initiatives, including AutoCAD drafting, website development, document management, and project support activities. Through these responsibilities, he has gained practical experience working in a consulting environment and contributing to multidisciplinary projects. Combining his engineering studies with hands-on experience, Jordan brings a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving, supporting projects that help clients achieve their goals.
